Want a domain name but no idea what to do?

For a one-time service charge of £30 I can register a domain name, arrange hosting services and handle all DNS reassignments for you. Keep in mind that my fee is for the initial setup process only - you will still be responsible for the hosting company's annual charges and your domain name registrar's annual charges. The web-hosting arena is a constantly shifting landscape as companies go bust and new ones form to take their places, but for UK clients with medium to large sites I currently recommend a Docklands-based host named Register1. As of May 2005 Register1 were charging up to £10 per year for a domain name and about £50 per year to host a fairly large (500MB) site. For smaller sites I can offer a very competitive hosting package on my own dedicated server.
